Do not adopt the ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />No fiscal impact is expected with this project. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The requirement does not meet the definition of a project as there is no possibility for a <br />direct physical change in the environment or a reasonably foreseeable indirect change <br />on the environment.
