SCOPE OF WORK <br />The scope of work presented represents a comprehensive Public Works Director <br />recruitment that includes the following services: <br />o Create ideal candidate profile in consultation with the City <br />o Design and execute advertising brochure <br />o Produce and distribute recruitment brochure (electronic mail) <br />o Recruit and screen candidates <br />o Conduct preliminary interviews of candidates <br />o Design and facilitate final candidate interviews with the City <br />o Conduct background and reference checks (top candidates) <br />o Assist with negotiations and transition details <br />LEAD CONSULTANT/PRIMARY CONTACT <br />Joel Bryden will serve as the lead consultant and primary contact for this recruitment. <br />Consultant's support staff will also be engaged in the successful completion of this <br />recruitment. <br />REV: 08-03-18 MI <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1 /Bob Murray - PW Director <br />
