EXHIBIT A I . Scope of Work The Contractor shall deliver quality new tires with full manufacturer's warranty on an as-ordered basis to the Fleet Services Division at 1400 Broadway Street, Redwood City, California. All tires of each size designated below or as special ordered by the Fleet Services Division, shall be of the same load range and tread style, unless pre-authorized by the Fleet Services Manager. In addition, the Contractor shall provide the following services: • Dismounting and mounting of tires (and disposal of dismounted tires); • Repair of flat tires; • Service calls; • Alignments; • Suspension repairs; • Smog inspections and certifications; and • Recaps of foam-filled 52x20.5x20 tires 2. Payment Terms. City shall provide the services outlined herein on a per unit, per task, and hourly basis not to exceed $390,000. Fees will be billed based on actual units provided, tasks performed, and hours used per the rate schedules delineated below.
