REV: 11-17-25 VR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Extend Construction Administration services as defined in the Original Agreement until substantial <br />completion of the building and then provide project close-out support until final completion of the <br />project, billed on an hourly basis, in an amount not to exceed $10,000 per month. <br />Principal $ 250/hr. <br />Associate Principal $ 205/hr. <br />Associate $ 185/hr. <br />Professional Staff $ 150/hr. <br />Consultant will be compensated by City on an hourly expense basis per the rate schedule above, <br />all in accordance with Section 6, Compensation of the Original Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
