Gossamer Isle Owners' Association <br /> Uo The ManorAssodation Inc., 500 Harbor Blvc~ Belmont CA 94002 '650/637-1616 * Fax 650/537-1670 <br /> <br /> Resolution Stating Concerns About Traffic and Parking <br /> Associated with the Proposed Expansion of the <br /> Fully Alive Community Church <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Board of Directors January 15, 2002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Gossamer Isle Owners' Association is <br />empowered to make and enforce decisions and policies regarding the peace, health, <br />comfort, safety, and general welfare of the members of the Association pursuant to <br />Article III of the Bylaws. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a need to establish the concerns of the members regarding added <br />traffic and parking on the private street of Seabrook Court. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intent that this resolution make know to the general public that the <br />Board of Directors and members of the Association are concerned about the added <br />traffic and parking that will be associated with the proposed expansion of the worship <br />center. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Gossamer Isle Board of Directors <br />and Association members are extremely conce~rned about the inadequate pro_visions for <br />both long and short term parking for the proposed expansion at the Fully Alive <br />Community Church and the negative impact it will have on the private street of <br />Seabrook Court. <br /> <br /> <br />
