This proposed engagement to <br /> apply agreed-upon procedures will be performed in accordance with standards established by the <br /> American imstimte of Certified Public Accountants. The sufficiency of these procedures is solely <br /> the responsibility of the City of Redwood City General Improvement District 1-64. <br /> Consequently, we make no representation regarding the sufficiency of the procedures described <br /> below either for the purpose for which this report has been requested or for any other purpose. <br /> The services we have been engaged to provide are outlined below, but we are also available to <br /> provide accounting and consulting services at your request. <br /> <br /> 1) Review, evaluate and report on the source of revenues for the twelve months ended June <br /> 30, 2002. <br /> <br /> 2) Review, evaluate and report on expenditures, the authorization process for expenditures <br /> and how actual expenditures compare to budget for the twelve months ended June 30, <br /> 2002. <br /> <br /> 3) Review, evaluate and report on the source of revenues for the five year period of July 1 <br /> 1996 through June 30, 2001. <br /> <br /> 4) Review, evaluate and report on expenditures, the authorization process for expenditures <br /> and how actual expenditures compare to budget for the five year period of July 1 1996 <br /> through June 30, 2001. <br /> <br /> 5) Meet with the District's management to discuss the results of our work <br /> <br /> 6) .
