Contract Term The term ofthis A~reem~nt shall be from 06/01/02 to 06/30/04 unless termlnated earl/er by the County. 3. Payments In oonsideration of the services rendered in accordance with al] terms, oondifion$ and spe~ificafion~ set forth herein and in Exhibit "A", County shall make payment'to Conh'aotor {n the msnn~' ~p~3i~l herein aild in Exhibit 'A~. Relationshlv ef the P~rtie~ Contractor agrees and understands that the worl~services performed under th/s A4/;r~wnent are performed as an Independent Con~-actor and not as an employee of the County and that Contra~or acquire~ none of the fights, pr/v/]eses, powers or advantages of County employees. 5. Werker'~ Compensatien Insurance The Con,rafter ~hall have in effect, durin$ the entire llfe of this Agreement, Worker's Compensation and ~mn]oyer L/ab/lity Insurance prov~dln~ flfll statutory coverage.
