The Agreement <br />between the County of San Mateo, the City of Redwood City and the Redwood <br />School District was approved on November 8, 1999 and Amended August 28, <br />2000 states "the County of San Mateo will be responsible for the cost of <br />maintaining the playing fields at Garfield School. In this connection, it is <br />anticipated the County will contract with the City to perform this service or to <br />subcontract for maintenance." ' <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to present a two-year proposal for landscape <br />maintenance of Garfield School Sports Field by the City of Redwood City. The <br />costs are estimates which may be adjusted in future years once the actual <br />maintenance needs and facility use statistics become routine.
