<br />EXHIBIT nAil <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY SHELL PARKWAY BRIDGE PROJECT <br /> <br />October 4, 2005 <br /> <br />SCOPE-OF-SERVICES <br /> <br />TY Lin InternationallCCS (Consultant) shall provide the following services to City of Redwood City <br />(Client): <br /> <br />General Description of Work <br /> <br />This scope of work shall provide for preparing Bridge Advance Planning Studies for the Shell Parkway <br />Bridge Project. <br /> <br />The project is generally defined as preparing Bridge Advance Planning Studies for the replacement of an <br />existing reinforced concrete box culvert crossing at Shell Parkway. <br /> <br />Included in this scope of work shall be: <br /> <br />The Consultant shall prepare Bridge Advance Planning Studies for the project improvements. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall perfonn coordination with the City of Redwood City, and with others as required for <br />the project. Three coordination meetings are anticipated and provided for in this scope-of-work. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall prepare three different type of bridge structure and coordinated them with the City. <br /> <br />Based on the agreed bridge types, the Consultant shall prepare rendering for each type of structure. <br /> <br />Based on the agreed bridge types, the Consultant shall prepare construction estimate for each type of <br />structure, a matrix showing the advantages and disadvantages for each type. <br /> <br />It is assumed that the City will provide As-Built drawings and reports for adjoining projects. <br /> <br />It is assumed that the City will provide the high water elevation information, the horizontal and vertical <br />clearance requirement. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall make design submittals at the preliminary, 95% and 100% (final) level of <br />completion. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall make rendering submittals at the 95% and 100% (final) level of completion. Only <br />one rendering revision is anticipated and provided for in this scope-of-work. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall provide three sets of submittal drawings for the City for each submittal. <br />
