r•, ShotSpotter Flex <br />DETECT + PROTECT e CONNECT <br />Pricing, Terms and Conditions <br />REDWOOD CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT 4 <br />The following pricing is provided as a firm fixed price quotation, which remains valid for a period of ninety <br />(90) days from the date prepared (listed on the cover page) This price quotation does not include any <br />state or local taxes; if taxes are applicable, we will be happy to provide an amended price quotation upon <br />request. <br />Annual Subscription Fee <br />Approximately 0.25 square mile coverage area <br />Year 1: January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2019 <br />Year 2: January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 <br />Year 3: January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 <br />Payment Terns <br />Payment for all subscription fees shall be as follows: <br />§ $16,000 due upon execution by both parties; <br />§ Year 2 and Year 3 fees due prior to the anniversary date for each annual term <br />Flex Service Agreement <br />$ 16,000.00 <br />$17,640.00 <br />The services will be delivered according to the terms of the new ShotSpotter Flex Service Agreement <br />("Agreement") which is incorporated herein by reference and constitutes an integral part of this proposal. <br />Unless specifically stated otherwise, should there be any conflict between the Agreement and this <br />proposal, the Agreement shall take precedence over the proposal itself. <br />REV: 06-18-19 MI <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.131/ShotSpotter <br />
