EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant's proposal for Periodical Procurement & Delivery Services, dated April 25, 2018 is <br />hereby incorporated herein by reference. <br />Consultant will provide City with periodical procurement and delivery services to meet its needs <br />for magazine and newspaper subscriptions for a three-year period that can be extended for two <br />additional two-year terms. Services will include starting new subscriptions and canceling <br />existing subscriptions; processing claims for missing or damaged issues and supplying <br />replacement copies when applicable or credits as needed. Consultant will receive and respond <br />to claims electronically, and will provide regular reports on the statuses of claimed items. <br />When the City places orders, all materials at the quoted price must be delivered F.0.6, <br />Redwood City, CA, USA. <br />Invoices must reflect sales tax rate applicable to the City of Redwood City and must be sent to: <br />Redwood City Public Library <br />1044 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Library materials provided must comply with current copyright and intellectual property laws. <br />Print magazines and Newspapers will be delivered or mailed directly to the four individual <br />library branches per the annual subscription list for the Library. The subscription list for the <br />initial year of the agreement is included below, but City reserves the right to add or remove <br />titles annually.
