As with the LAT, the SAT is a repetition of the FAT <br />steps associated with that site's (facility) functionality. <br />The duration of the SAT spans a total of 72 hours and as with the other testing components, <br />is attended by the Owner/Operator and the S&E3 project manager. Successful SAT <br />completion shall be a precondition for commercial operation of that site/facility. <br />Operational Demonstration Test (ODT) <br />The Operational Demonstration Test (DDT) is to test the PARCS system in its entirety. The <br />duration of the test Is thirty (30) days and is conducted by closely monitoring system operation <br />during the test period. It includes a thorough analysis of the system produced data and the <br />subsequent reporting of that data. With successful completion of the ODT, the system is <br />deemed to be complete and accepted by the operator. <br />EXHIBIT B — LIST ON PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND PRICING <br />The total amount payable by the City for work shall not exceed $706,690.63, if the optional CCN <br />installation is included.
