6.2.C. - Page 19 <br />Redwood City shall determine within ten (10) days of contract execution the mounting <br />locations of the four signs and whether any pole replacement is needed and if so, when such <br />change shall be completed. If City does make such determinations within ten (10) days, the <br />Term of Performance described in Section 3 of the Agreement shall be extended by a number <br />of days equal to the number of days City exceeds ten days making the determinations. This <br />extension shall be Contractor's sole remedy for such a delay by City. Contractor shall not be <br />responsible for delays related to installation of a new light pole or any structural issues or <br />failures if the light pole is not replaced. <br />Contractor agrees that the Services will include: <br />• Integrated, extensible platform able to support multiple smart city services including <br />parking, garages, ped/bike counting, environmental monitoring, etc <br />• Sophisticated camera -based image recognition and classification. <br />• Support for multiple types of sensors/cameras, both Contractor -provided and third - <br />party provided. <br />• Advanced, full-color, connected signage with flexible messages and graphics. <br />• Cloud -based data reporting and storage, allowing integration with other relevant city <br />data such as traffic management, way -finding, or other parking management systems <br />Section 4. Maintenance and Support Services., <br />As part of the services covered by the annual support/service fee, Contractor will provide each <br />of the following services to City: <br />- On-site, corrective maintenance for any hardware or software failures of nBoxes, <br />cameras, signs or wiring. <br />- Quarterly, on-site, preventive maintenance of all hardware and software, including <br />cleaning of camera lenses and cleaning of LED sign screens as required. <br />- All software bug fixes, updates, and upgrades of nBox Landscape Computing software. <br />- Cost of LTE, connections to nBoxes and signs. <br />- Open API access to sign contents, and unlimited reprogramming of sign messages by <br />Contractor, or Contractor will provide support and training to the city to allow them <br />to modify sign messages. <br />- Cloud -based vehicle occupancy data storage. <br />Section 5. Web -based Management Platform. <br />Contractor will provide the City free access and management accounts to a web - <br />based data management and reporting interface for the garage occupancy data and signage <br />messaging control (hereafter referred to as "the Management interface") during the original <br />Term of this agreement, as part of the annual support and maintenance fees.
