A copy of the retailer's cannabis business permit and the <br />delivery manifest if the delivery driver is conducting a delivery <br />for a retailer located in Redwood City. <br />g. The delivery driver shall at all times during deliveries carry an <br />operating cell phone to connect with the retailer or emergency <br />services as needed. <br />15. Incident Reporting Requirements <br />a. Any vehicle accident resulting in injury to any person shall be <br />reported to the local police department where the incident occurred, <br />a manager of the retailer immediately, and to the Chief of Police, or <br />his or her desianee, within 24 hours by emailing <br />RWCCanabisPD(a-) redwood citv.orq'including the date, time, <br />location, involved vehicle and driver, circumstances and local police <br />department case number. <br />b. For any vehicle accident resulting in property damage only, the <br />delivery driver shall exchange driver, vehicle, and insurance <br />information with all involved parties, and the accident may be <br />reported to the local police department where the incident occurred, <br />a manager of the retailer immediately, and the Chief of Police., or his <br />or her desianee_ within 24 hours by emailing <br />RWCCanabisPD(5redwood citv.ora 'including the date, time, <br />location, involved vehicle and driver, circumstances, and local police <br />department case number, as applicable. <br />c. Any loss of cannabis, cannabis product, or money shall be reported <br />to the local police department where the incident occurred and a <br />manager of the retailer immediately, and to the Chief of Police: or his <br />or her desianee_ within 24 hours by emailing <br />RWCCanabisPDO) redwood citv.orq'including the date, time, <br />location, involved vehicle and driver, circumstances and local police <br />department case number. Any theft of cannabis, cannabis product, <br />or money during the delivery process shall be immediately reported <br />to the local police department where the incident occurred and a <br />cannabis manager immediately, and, if the incident did not occur <br />within the investigative jurisdiction of the Redwood City Police <br />Department, a duplicate Redwood City Police Department <br />notification will be made by calling the non -emergency citizen contact <br />dispatch center number at (650) 369-3331. <br />B. Cannabis Deliveries Originating in Redwood City. The regulations in the following <br />Subsection shall apply only to deliveries originating in Redwood City. <br />1. A cannabis business may receive orders for cannabis deliveries through <br />any technology platform owned and controlled by the business, or <br />independently approved by the Chief of Police,, or his or her desianee <br />that enables customers to arrange for or facilitate the transfer of <br />ATTY/ORD.470/RC AMENDING DIVISION 7 REGULATION OF CANNABIS BUSINESS <br />REV: 07-09-18 MI <br />Page 21 of 24 <br />
