Upgrading properties is in the interests of the neighborhood and of Redwood City. <br />1 am writing a second time because I believe it is crucial we work together to make <br />this town a better place for all, not one where the rule of law is trampled underfoot, <br />and not one where a loud and well-connected minority overrules the interests of the <br />majority. <br />Yours truly, <br />Wayne Janisch <br />
