RESOLUTION NO. P- 2383 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. P-886 (TARIFF <br />NO. 7) TO CHANGE CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SAID TARIFF <br />NO. 7 — PORT OF REDWOOD CITY YACHT HARBOR <br />WHEREAS, this Board has previously enacted Resolution No. P-886 <br />(Tariff No. 7) to regulate the use of the Port Marina; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board intends to increase the berthing rates at the <br />Marina of the Port of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to amend Tariff No. 7; <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Resolution No. P-886 (Tariff No. 7), adopted March 29, 1979, effective <br />April 1, 1979, and amended from time to time, shall be, and the same is hereby, <br />amended by deleting the provisions of Tariff No. 7, and amendments thereto, in <br />conflict with the proposed amendments, and adopting the proposed provisions of <br />Tariff No. 7, attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". <br />2. The amendments made hereby shall be effective on or after the date <br />specified in the attachments hereto. <br />3. Any and all resolutions, or parts thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br />hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict only. <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING TARIFF N0. 7 <br />07.25.18 PORT <br />
