This Agreement shall terminate upon completion and acceptance of the <br />construction contract for PROJECT by STATE and final disposition of CI'IY's , <br />required deposit as specified in Section II, Article (1) above. or on June 30, 2007, <br />whichever is earlier in time, except that the provisions herein related to long- <br />term water supply and indemnification shall continue unchanged and in effect <br />unless otherwise modified by a written amendment executed by the parties. <br /> <br />3. All other terms and conditions of said Contribution Agreement (Document No. 015348) <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />4.
