Bulkheads with a <br />maximum 4-foot width, two (2) cable stayline anchors, and landscaping <br />header boards (less than 4-inches in height) may be located within this <br />zone. All other structural improvements within this zone require plans to <br />be prepared by a licensed Civil Engineer and are to be reviewed and <br />approved by the City in accordance with this policy. Typically this area <br />extends from the top of bank, three (3') feet into property.
