Section 6.7 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />“Section 6.7 Allocation of Capital Reserve Expenses <br /> The annual capital reserve expenses of the Authority for each component of Stage <br />1 of the Project shall be allocated by the Authority to the Agencies on the basis of the <br />percentages set forth in Exhibit A hereto. All monies received from any Agency in <br />payment of capital reserve expenses shall be paid out by the Treasurer as directed by <br />the Commission and upon approval of demands for payment by the Manager or the <br />Commission as provided in this Agreement and in accordance with Section 6505.5 of the <br />Act.” <br />8.
