All notices to the Member Agencies shan b~ d~emed to have been given to the Member <br />Agencies when mailed, postage prepaid by United States mai1, or when hand delivered to the <br />governing body of ~ach Member Agency during usual business hours at the principaJ office, or to <br /> <br />the person apparently in charge of that office. <br /> <br />14.2 AU notices to the HEAT-SMC shaH be deemed to have been given to the HEAT-SMC <br />when mniJed, postage prepaid by United States mail. or when hand delivered to each of the <br /> <br />. . , <br />Chaitperson, Vice C~ajrperson, and any Executive .Director of the HEAT-SMC during usual <br />business hours at the principal office, or to the person apparently in charge of that office. <br /> <br />15. Assieume.nts: Other Aereements. This Agreement shaH be binding upon and shaH <br />inure to the , benefit of the successors of any Member Agency.
