<br />2. Repair and Reconstruction of Easement Area. City shall be solely <br /> <br />responsible for all permits and approvals connected with the work done pursuant <br /> <br />to the Grant of Easement, including re-installation of the mobilehomes at spaces <br /> <br />#440 and #441. Upon termination of the Easement, City shall repair and <br /> <br />reconstruct all improvements (including vegetation, if any) located within the <br /> <br />Easement which were damaged or destroyed by City during the term of this <br /> <br />Easement, and re-install the mobilehomes removed from spaces #440 and #441 , <br /> <br />all at City's sole expense, and in compliance with all applicable codes and <br /> <br />regulations. <br /> <br />3. Hold Harmless. City shall be responsible and liable for all damages to <br /> <br />persons and property, including injury to, loss of quiet enjoyment of, or death of, <br /> <br />persons caused by the City's construction activities within the Easement and <br /> <br />elsewhere on the Harbor Village Mobile Home Park property and shall promptly <br /> <br />pay any just and proper claim therefor and shall defend, indemnify, and hold <br /> <br />harmless Harbor Village Mobile Home Park, Harbor Village LLC, AI Engel, Marjal <br /> <br />Corporation, Susan Alonso, Evans Management Services and their agents, <br /> <br />attorneys, employees, officers, heirs, successors, and assigns against actions, <br /> <br />damages, claims or suits to which Indemnities may arise by reason of said <br /> <br />construction activities within the Easement and elsewhere on the Harbor Village <br /> <br />Mobile Home Park property located at 3015 E. Bayshore Road, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California. <br /> <br />4. Notices.
