<br />12/5/2005 <br /> <br />"Sec. 20.9 Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. A <br />minimum of eighty percent (80%) of each lot shall be pervious area, to be composed of <br />landscaping, vegetated open space, or permeable paving materials, consistent with the <br />provisions of Section 32.12 of the Zoning Ordinance, as that section may be amended <br />from time to time. All development is also subject to the requirements of Chapter 27 A <br />(Stormwater Treatment Measures and Maintenance Program) of the Municipal Code, as <br />that Chapter may be amended from time to time. The minimum pervious area <br />requirement may be reduced to not less than forty percent (40%) by the Zoning <br />Administrator upon a request for a conditional use permit, subject to an additional <br />finding that other proposed stormwater treatment methods are adequate to comply with <br />the provisions of Section 32.12 of the Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 27 A of the <br />Municipal Code. Such alternate stormwater treatment methods must be determined by <br />the Engineering and Construction Division to reduce storm water pollutants to an <br />equivalent or greater level than would be achieved providing the required pervious <br />area." <br /> <br />SECTION 18. That Article 21 (AG [Agricultural - Greenhouse] District) of the Redwood <br />City Zoning Code is hereby amended to add a new Section 21.9, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 21.9 Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. A <br />minimum of twenty percent (20%) of each lot shall be pervious area, to be composed of <br />landscaping, vegetated open space, or permeable paving materials, consistent with the <br />provisions of Section 32.12 of the Zoning Ordinance, as that section may be amended <br />from time to time. All development is also subject to the requirements of Chapter 27 A <br />(Stormwater Treatment Measures and Maintenance Program) of the Municipal Code, as <br />that Chapter may be amended from time to time." <br /> <br />SECTION 19. That Article 23 (PF [Public Facilities] District) of the Redwood City <br />Zoning Code is hereby amended to add a new Section 23.11, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 23.11 Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. A <br />minimum of twenty percent (20%) of each lot shall be pervious area, to be composed of <br />landscaping, vegetated open space, or permeable paving materials, consistent with the <br />provisions of Section 32.12 of the Zoning Ordinance, as that section may be amended <br />from time to time. All development is also subject to the requirements of Chapter 27 A <br />(Stormwater Treatment Measures and Maintenance Program) of the Municipal Code, as <br />that Chapter may be amended from time to time." <br /> <br />SECTION 20. That Article 24 (MH [Mobile Home] District) of the Redwood City Zoning <br />Code is hereby amended to add a new Section 24.11, to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Sec. 24.11 Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. A <br />minimum of forty percent (40%) of each lot shall be pervious area, to be composed of <br />landscaping, vegetated open space, or permeable paving materials, consistent with the <br />provisions of Section 32.12 of the Zoning Ordinance, as that section may be amended <br />from time to time.
