Policy No A04201 -LX -159384 SCHEDULE B Part I Exceptions From Coverage Except as provided in Schedule B Part II, this policy does not insure against loss or damage, and the Company will not pay costs, attorneys' fees, or expenses that arise by reason of: 1. Taxes and assessments, general and special, for the fiscal year 2018 - 2019, a lien, but not yet due or payable. 2. The lien of supplemental taxes, if any, assessed pursuant to the provisions of Section 75, et seq., of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California arising as a result of change of ownership or completion of new construction occurring on or after the date of this policy. None currently due and payable Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which do not contain express provision for forfeiture or reversion of title in the event of violation, but omitting any covenants or restriction if any, based upon race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin unless and only to the extent that said covenant (a) is exempt under Title 42, Section 3607 of the United States Code or (b) relates to handicap but does not discriminate against handicapped persons, as provided in an instrument.
