Policy No A04201 -LX -159384 <br />SCHEDULE B <br />Part I <br />Exceptions From Coverage <br />Except as provided in Schedule B Part II, this policy does not insure against loss or damage, and the Company will not pay costs, <br />attorneys' fees, or expenses that arise by reason of: <br />1. Taxes and assessments, general and special, for the fiscal year 2018 - 2019, a lien, but not <br />yet due or payable. <br />2. The lien of supplemental taxes, if any, assessed pursuant to the provisions of Section 75, et <br />seq., of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California arising as a result of <br />change of ownership or completion of new construction occurring on or after the date of this <br />policy. <br />None currently due and payable <br />Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which do not contain express provision for forfeiture <br />or reversion of title in the event of violation, but omitting any covenants or restriction if any, <br />based upon race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin unless and <br />only to the extent that said covenant (a) is exempt under Title 42, Section 3607 of the <br />United States Code or (b) relates to handicap but does not discriminate against handicapped <br />persons, as provided in an instrument. <br />Recorded February 11, 1937 in Reel 726 of Official Records, Image 337 <br />NOTE: "If this document contains any restriction based on race, color, religion, sex, <br />sexual orientation, familial status, marital status, disability, national origin, source of <br />income as defined in subdivision (p) of section 12955, or ancestry, that restriction <br />violates state and federal fair housing laws and is void, and may be removed <br />pursuant to Section 12956.2 of the Government Code.
