ORIGINAL <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MP MOSAIC GARDEN ASSOCIATES, <br />L.P. FOR FUNDS TO REFINANCE 3752-3770 ROLISON ROAD PROPERTY <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT ("Amendment") is made and <br />entered into this a-fo day of A1� 2019, by and between the CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City"), and MP MOSAIC GARDEN ASSOCIATES, L.P., a California limited partnership <br />("Contractor"; collectively the "Parties") <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, on February 26, 2018, the Parties executed the "Agreement with MP <br />Mosaic Garden Associates, L.P., for Funds to Refinance 3752-3770 Rolison Road <br />Property" ("Agreement"), whereby the City agreed to provide Contractor One Million <br />One Hundred Thousand Dollars and no/100 ($1,100,000.00) of financial assistance, in <br />the form of a loan from the City's Affordable Housing Fund, to assist Contractor in <br />refinancing a property located at 3752-3770 Rolison Road in Redwood City (the <br />"Property") to be used to provide rental housing to Low, Very Low, and Extremely Low <br />Income Households; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 25, 2018, the City Council adopted a new Zoning Ordinance <br />Article 29 (the "Affordable Housing Ordinance"), which incorporated the requirements of <br />the prior Affordable Housing Impact Fee ordinance (Municipal Code Chapter 18, Article <br />XVII); and <br />REV: 04-22-19 DZ <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1 /MIDPEN MOSAIC GARDENS (ATHERTON COURT) <br />
