annually thereafter in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and procedures <br />governing the low-income housing tax credits and interpreted in a manner consistent <br />with the provisions and requirements of Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code. <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Contractor pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />5.
