Additional on-line or on-site support will be billed at the hourly support rate of $175 per hour. Minimum onsite time is 4 hours; the minimum cost of onsite time will be $700 (4 hours x $175 per hour). Support hours are 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday.
