RESOLUTION NO. P- 2385 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE <br />DREDGING OF WHARVES 1, 2, 3, AND 4 PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFORE <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the maintenance dredging of Wharves 1, <br />2, 3, and 4 project (the "Project") at the Port of Redwood City, Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Board of Port <br />Commissioners; and <br />Whereas, the Port is the Lead Agency; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its approval <br />thereof, and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise for bids for <br />the work therein described. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Having reviewed and considered the Project, this Board finds and <br />determines that this Project is categorically exempt. <br />2. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the <br />Maintenance Dredging - Wharves 1, 2, 3, and 4" located at the Port of Redwood City, <br />Redwood City, California, prepared by Moffatt & Nichol, a copy of which documents <br />is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, are hereby approved. <br />3. The Port Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to advertise <br />for bids for the performance of the work of improvement hereinabove described. <br />08.08.18 <br />Port/ DKS <br />
