Notwithstanding any language contained in this <br />Certificate of Completion to the contrary, the issuance or <br />recordation of this Certificate of Completion shall have no effect <br />on the provisions of the Grant Deed by which the Property was <br />conveyed to the Developer, including, without limitation, the <br />various covenants set forth therein. <br /> <br />Section 4.
