<br />subject to subsequent disapproval by the Agency, and any such <br />Agency approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> <br />g. During the preparation of all drawings and plans for <br />the Project, the Agency Staff and the Developer shall hold regular <br />progress meetings to coordinate the preparation by the Developer, <br />and the submission to and review by the City and the Agency of <br />construction plans and related documents. The Agency Staff and the <br />Developer shall communicate and consult informally as frequently as <br />is necessary to ensure that any such plans and related documents <br />submitted by the Developer to the City and the Agency can receive <br />prompt and speedy consideration. <br /> <br />h. The Agency has approved the building exterior and <br />design of the Project. The Agency shall have the right of <br />reasonable architectural review and approval of any material change <br />to building exteriors and design of the Project pursuant to Section <br />301j below. The Agency shall also have the right to review all <br />plans, drawings and related documents pertinent to the development <br />of the Project in order to ensure that they are consistent with <br />this Agreement and with the Scope of Development. <br /> <br />i. The Developer shall timely submit to the City for <br />its review and approval any and all plans, drawings and related <br />documents pertinent to the development of the Project, as required <br />by the City. <br /> <br />j. If the Developer desires to make any change in the <br />final construction drawings, plans and specifications and related <br />documents after their approval by the Agency and/or the City, the <br />Developer shall submit the proposed change in writing to the Agency <br />and the City for approval. The Agency shall notify the Developer <br />of approval or disapproval thereof in writing within thirty (30) <br />calendar days after submission to the Agency. This thirty (30) <br />calendar day period may be extended by mutual consent of the <br />Developer and the Agency. Any such change shall, in any event, be <br />deemed to be approved by the Agency unless rejected, in whole or in <br />part, by written notice thereof submitted by the Agency to the <br />Developer, setting forth in detail the reasons therefor, and such <br />rejection shall be made within said thirty (30) calendar day period <br />unless extended as permitted herein. <br /> <br />k. The Developer, upon receipt of a notice of <br />disapproval by the Agency and/or the City, may revise such portions <br />of the proposed change in construction drawings, plans and <br />specifications and related documents as are rejected and shall <br />thereafter resubmit such revisions to the Agency and/or the City <br />for approval. <br /> <br />16 <br /> <br />REDW\0006\DOC\001-7 <br />3/29/05 3:15 /rove <br /> <br />
