No member, official <br />or employee of the Agency having any conflict of interest, direct <br />or indirect, related to this Agreement and the development of the <br />Property shall participate in any decision relating to the <br />Agreement. The parties represent and warrant that they do not have <br />knowledge of any such conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Section 6.03. <br /> <br />Warranty Aqainst Payment of Consideration <br />for Aqreement. <br /> <br />The Developer warrants that it has not paid or given, and <br />will not payor give, any third party any money or other <br />consideration for obtaining this Agreement.
