<br />EXHIBIT "G" <br /> <br />GRANT DEED <br /> <br />Recording Requested by: <br /> <br />After Recordation, Mail to: <br /> <br />Mail Tax Statements to: <br /> <br />(Above is for the Recorder's Use) <br /> <br />GRANT DEED <br /> <br />For valuable <br />hereby acknowledged, <br /> <br />consideration, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />receipt <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />public body, corporate and politic, of the State of California (the <br />"Grantor"), pursuant to and in accordance with the Community <br />Redevelopment Law of the State of California, hereby grants to <br />FIRST COMMUNITY HOUSING, a California non-profit corporation (the <br />"Grantee"), the real property (the "Property") legally described in <br />Exhibit "A," and incorporated herein by this reference, RESERVING <br />TO THE GRANTOR THE EASEMENTS SET FORTH IN EXHIBIT "B," incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />1. Disposition and Development Aqreement. The Property <br />is conveyed subject to certain covenants set forth below and the <br />Amended and Restated Disposition and Development Agreement entered <br />into between the Grantor and the Grantee, dated, 2005 <br />(herein referred to as the "Agreement"). The provisions of the <br />Agreement are incorporated herein by this reference and shall be <br />deemed to be a part hereof as if set forth at length herein. <br /> <br />2. Effect of Covenants. The Property is conveyed <br />subject to the covenant that the Property will be held, <br />transferred, encumbered, used, sold, conveyed, leased and occupied <br />subject to the covenants, restrictions and limitations set forth in <br />this Grant Deed, the Declaration of Affordability Covenants, and <br />the Deed of Trust, all of which are in accordance with the <br /> <br />G - 1 <br /> <br />REDW\0006\DOC\001-7 <br />3/29/05 3:15 /rove <br />
