Task 3 <br />Complete the FEMA -mandated benefit -cost analyses for each project using the FEMA <br />Version 5.3.0 Benefit -Cost Software (Damage -Frequency Assessment Module). <br />Deliverables include the following for each of the applications to meet the grant <br />submission deadline. Deliverables shall be returned by August 15th, 2018. <br />• Benefit -Cost Analysis Narrative Report documenting the benefit -cost analysis <br />approach, assumptions, and data inputs. <br />• FEMA Benefit -Cost Analysis Report, exported from the FEMA BCA software. <br />• FEMA BCA Export File from the FEMA BCA software. <br />• Updated G&E Engineering Systems reports for the pipe systems. <br />Schedule <br />The City's sub -application to Cal OES is due on September 4`h, 2018. The Consultant <br />shall deliver the final Benefit -Cost Software output by August 15th, 2018. Any work or <br />documentation created by G&E shall be delivered by this date. <br />Cost <br />The level of effort for the Consultant is 95 hours total for both projects. The billing rate <br />for Kenneth Goettel's professional time is $210.00 per hour. <br />The level of effort for G&E Engineering Systems Inc., the subcontractor to Goettel & <br />Associates Inc., is 57 hours. The billing rate for John Eidinger of G&E Engineering <br />Systems Inc. is $244.73 per hour. <br />Total not -to -exceed limit: $33,899.61.
