<br />(h) Nondiscrimination Based on Disability. The Grantee <br />hereby agrees that it will, to the extent not otherwise exempt, <br />comply with the provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act <br />of 1973, as amended, providing equal access and reasonable <br />accommodations in employment programs and services to persons who <br />are disabled. <br /> <br />(i) Interest of Public Officials. No members, officers, <br />employees, or agents of the City of Redwood City, no member of the <br />Ci ty Council and no other public official who exercises any <br />function or responsibility with respect to this Agreement during <br />his or his tenure, or for one year thereafter, shall have any <br />interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related <br />subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. The Grantee shall <br />incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a provision prohibiting <br />such interest. <br /> <br />(j) Reliqious Acti vi ty Prohibited. The Grantee <br />covenants that there will be no religious worship, instruction, or <br />proselytizing as part of, or in connection with, the performance or <br />in connection with this Agreement. <br /> <br />(k) Uniform Administration Requirements. The Grantee <br />shall comply with the requirements and standards of the HOME <br />Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost <br />Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 <br />attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0 and all other federal, state, <br />and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />(I) All of the foregoing covenants shall run with the <br />land, and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the <br />Agency, and its successors and assigns. <br /> <br />(m) The covenants set forth in this Grant Deed shall run <br />in favor of the Agency for the entire period during which such <br />covenants are to remain in force in accordance with the foregoing, <br />and shall be in effect without regard to whether the Agency has at <br />any time been, remains, or is an owner of any land or interest <br />therein to which these covenants relate. In the event of any <br />breach of these covenants, the Agency shall have the right to <br />exercise all the rights and remedies available at law or in equity <br />to enforce the curing of such breach. <br /> <br />(n) It is the intent hereof that the provisions of <br />subsections (a) through (K)of this Section 5, inclusive, of this <br />Grant Deed shall survive the termination of the other operative <br />provisions of the Agreement and the issuance and/or recordation of <br />the Certificate of Completion. <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />REDW\0006\DOC\027 <br />
