MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL / SUCCESSOR AGENCY BOARD <br />PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MEETING <br />July 23. 2018 <br />MO. 18-125 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />Date: July 24, 2018 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Community Development Director <br />**hard copy available upon request** <br />SUBJECT: Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement for the site <br />improvements at 1100, 1600 and 1900 Seaport Boulevard (Pacific Shores <br />Center) <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.113(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 23, 2018. <br />Present: Council Members, Aguirre, Borgens, Gee, Howard, Masur, Seybert, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Bain to approve the remainder of the Consent Calendar. <br />By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Maintenance Agreement with Google, Inc. and find that the project is categorically <br />exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c) (Existing Facilities). <br />Motion carried unanimously by electronic vote. <br />q�aq4,; � <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
