She stated the <br /> Committee was charged with exploring innovative ideas in mitigating traffic and relieving <br /> air pollution in the city. <br /> <br /> Community DevelopmentServicesManagerPatterson explained the topic before the <br /> Council is a request for an agreement approval to pertbrm some professional work to <br /> establish the residential taxi shuttle service in the Redwood Shores area as a pilot program. <br /> He introduced Mike Stevenson and Chip Fussell from the Peninsula Congestion Relief <br /> Alliance (PCRA) and Dan McCoy of AMBER Technologies and Consulting. <br /> <br /> Mr. McCoy explained the residential taxi shuttle service is a project he has been pondering <br /> for some time and decided to pilot the project in Redwood Shores.
