4. Officials, employees, or consultants of the City and members of City boards and <br />commissions shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and policies relating to <br />conflicts of interest as to their eligibility to develop, construct, rent, lease, or occupy an <br />affordable unit. <br />5. The Affordable Housing Plan may be amended prior to issuance of any building permit <br />for the residential development project. A request for a minor modification to this <br />Affordable Housing Plan may be granted bythe Community Development Director if the <br />modification is substantially in compliance with the original Affordable Housing Plan and <br />Conditions of Approval.
