coverage corresponding to the aforesaid categories of insurance per insurable event shall <br />be as follows: <br />Insurance Cateaory Minimum Limits <br />Workers Compensation statutory minimum <br />Employer's Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury, personal <br />injury and property damage <br />Comprehensive General $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, <br />personal injury, and property damage <br />Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property <br />damage (coverage required to the extent applicable to <br />Contractor's vehicle usage in performing services <br />hereunder) <br />All -Risk Property Insurance In an amount equal to the full replacement value of all <br />the rental Affordable units. <br />OWNER must transmit a copy of the certificate of insurance to City within 30 days of the <br />final certificate of occupancy obtained for the first Affordable Unit. Thereafter, OWNER must <br />annually transmit to City with the Annual Report a copy of the certificate of insurance signed by an <br />authorized agent of the insurance carrier setting forth the general provisions of coverage. OWNER <br />will furnish City with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the <br />insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of comprehensive general <br />liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, original endorsement: <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of <br />thirty (30) days after City will have received written notification of cancellation <br />or reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br />(b) Providing that Owner's insurance will apply separately to each insured <br />against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the <br />limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); <br />(c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br />(d) Providing that OWNER's insurance coverage will be primary insurance with <br />respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, and <br />agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its <br />REV: 04-13-18 PR <br />star Affordable Housingse Agreement of 15 <br />ATTY/AGR.2018.081/Gre <br />y g - 1409 EI Camino <br />
