Description of Services to be Performed by Contractor <br />Contractor shall provide the following services: <br />Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and supervision <br />necessary to provide complete and continuous care of all lawn, trees, shrubs, and ground <br />covers for on-going maintenance and other landscaping services at Garfield School Playing <br />Fields as per the tasks listed in the section below entitled Amount and Method of Payment. <br />Contractor shall submit a cost report of any additional work, and the additional work shall be <br />authorized in writing by the Director of the Office of Sustainability or his/her designated <br />representative before said work is performed. <br />A County representative may request to walk the entire site each month with Contractor to <br />ensure that all operations are being completed in a satisfactory manner. <br />2.
