6.1.1. - Page 4 <br />,SECOND AMENDMENT TO STORMWATER TREATMENT MEAStW,.S MAINTENANCE <br />AGRE.EMEN3: <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement, <br />Stanford Health Care, 420-460 Broadway, ("Second Amendment") is made and entered into this day <br />of . 2018 ("Effective Date"), by and between Stanford Health Care, a California limited <br />nonprofit public benefit corporation ("Stanford Health"), and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br />city and California municipal corporation ("City"). <br />RF,CITAL$ <br />A. Stanford Health and City entered into that certain Amended and Restated Stormwater <br />Treatment Measure Maintenance Agreement dated December 5, 2016 and recorded December 7, 2016 as <br />instrument Number 2016-129945, in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo ("Amended <br />Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement'). <br />B. The Amended Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement included <br />references to a legible reduced -scale copy of the site plan showing the stormwater treatment measures that <br />are to be located or constructed on the Property ("Site PIan") and installed and maintained by the <br />agreement as shown on Exhibit B attached to the Amended Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br />Agreement. <br />C. Since the recordation of the Amended Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br />Agreement, several alterations were made during the construction of the stormwater treatment measures <br />which required modifications to the Site Plan. Stanford Health requested these modifications to the <br />stormwater treatment measures, and in doing so was required to alter the Site Plan. <br />D. The revised Site Plan is further detailed on Revised Exhibit B to this Second <br />Amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Stanford Health and the City hereby amend the Amended Stormwater <br />Treatment Measure Maintenance Agreement as follows: <br />1. Exhibit B to the Amended Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement is <br />of no further force and effect and is hereby replaced with Revised Exhibit B. attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference. <br />2. In all other respects the Amended Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />3.
