6.1.J. - Page 35 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />FOR <br />Sidewalk Easement <br />AT <br />391 Alameda De Las Pulgas, Redwood City CA <br />Lands of De More <br />A parcel of land being a portion of Parcel A as shown on "Parcel Map No. 71-5" filed <br />August 18, 1971 in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, described as <br />follows: <br />A strip of land varying in width lying easterly of the westerly line of Parcel A as shown <br />on Parcel Map 71-5 (13 PM 43) and more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel A, said point also being on the <br />easterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas; thence leaving said corner of Parcel C southerly <br />to the southerly boundary of said Parcel A South 12°25'26" East 55.46 feet; thence along <br />the southerly line westerly South 45°08'30" West 5.00 feet to the southwesterly corner of <br />said Parcel, said point also being the easterly line of Alameda De Lag Pulgas; thence <br />along the westerly boundary of Parcel A the following courses: <br />1. Thence North 7°56'30" West, 32.68 feet; <br />2.
