6.3.13. - Page 4 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE <br />SANITARY SEWERAGE TREATMENT CAPACITY RIGHTS AND <br />SERVICES (TOWN OF WOODSIDE) AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on or about May 19, 1997, by Resolution No. 13084, City of Redwood <br />City ("City") approved an Agreement with the Town of Woodside ("Town") ("the <br />Agreement") for Town to use City's sewer capacity for the development of their Town <br />Center; and <br />WHEREAS, on or about June 10, 2002, by Resolution No. 14448, City approved <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement, which added two properties to said Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, on or about May 10, 2004, by Resolution No. 14581, City approved <br />Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement, which added another property to said Agreement; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on or about June 7, 2004, by Resolution No. 14589, City approved <br />Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement, which added another property to said Agreement; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on or about February 13, 2007, by Resolution No. 14764, City <br />approved Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement, which added another property to said <br />Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, on or about September 8, 2008, by Resolution No. 14895, City <br />approved Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement, which provided the framework by which <br />nine newly designated parcels in the Town of Woodside may be provided public sewer <br />service in the future, should the failure of onsite sewage disposal systems necessitate <br />connection to the sewer system in order to protect the public health; and <br />WHEREAS, on or about J u I y 22, 2013, by Resolution No. 15283, City approved <br />Amendment No. 6 to the Agreement, which added another property to said Agreement; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on or about May 22, 2017, by Resolution No. 15584, City <br />approved Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement, which added another property to said <br />Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement previously limited the service area to the Downtown <br />Area of the Town of Woodside and the area from Palm Circle Road to Godetia Drive, <br />and from Canada Road to Glencrag Way; and <br />ATTY/RESO.0078/CC RESO APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 8 FOR WOODISE CAPACITY AGREEMENT <br />REV: 08-16-18 PR <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
