6.3.C. - Page 9 <br />1 W:/:11 4 111 r_1 <br />DESCRIPTION OF LIVEABOARD IMPROVEMENTS <br />C -DOCK IMPROVEMENTS <br />Replace all electrical wiring and panels from landside connection to pump -out at <br />end of C -Dock. <br />Replace all power pedestals with new pedestals with LED lighting. <br />Perform concrete repairs to cracks and loose concrete sections on all floating <br />docks. <br />RESTROOM IMPROVEMENTS <br />Replace exterior stairs and ramps to ADA standards.
