ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may refrain from directing staff to conduct additional research at this <br />time, or direct staff to research other related policy <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />If directed by the City Council, a significant amount of Community Development and <br />City Attorney's Office staff time will be spent researching and developing policy <br />recommendations for the City Council's consideration. This may not require an <br />additional funding allocation, but it could require extended timeframes for other City <br />Council initiatives.
