Arron Pellarin stated he did not get his project in under the wire. He detailed the <br /> chronology of his submittal and stated it is unfair that at this point that his permit may not <br /> be approved. <br /> <br /> Sandy Goldstein asked why a mix could not be allowed. He stated the hope that when <br /> office construction is prohibited that it will ensure that industry in Redwood City will be <br /> able to resist the market forces working against it. <br /> <br /> Don Davis stated that retaining open space should be considered. <br /> <br /> Paul Shepherd stated the message being sent is important and the message would be that <br /> high tech companies are not welcome. <br /> <br /> William L.
