Grantee provided under this Grant Agreement, but only in proportion to and to the extent <br />such liability, loss, expense, attorneys' fees, or claims for injury or damages are caused by <br />or result from the negligent or intentional acts or omissions of Grantee, its officers, agents, <br />or employees. This provision will survive the expiration or earlier termination of this <br />grant. <br />(8) The Grantee will provide to the Foundation such other information as may be necessary or <br />desirable to permit the Foundation to exercise its responsibility for the supervision of the <br />grant as required by the Internal Revenue Code. <br />(9) Failure to observe any of the grant's conditions following notice by the Foundation and <br />provided that Grantee does not cure the default as identified by the Foundation within thirty <br />(30) days of the notice date and to the satisfaction of the Foundation will be deemed a <br />default on the part of the Grantee.
