Administration of Case Manaaer <br /> <br />Be responsible for administrative services related to recruiting and training four <br />(4) Case Managers to meet DR demands. Administrative services shall include: <br /> <br />- Approving and signing timecards, leave, sick, etc. <br />- Conducting performance evaluation. <br />- Providing coaching, mentoring and supervision. <br />- Identifying training needs and providing necessary training. <br /> <br />VI. M..!!!ti-Disciplinarv Teams (.MQIl <br /> <br />Assemble an FSST jointly with County, as appropriate, to review and provide <br />input to the case manager concerning family service plans. The FSST may be <br />comprised of professionals with individual expertise in public health nursing, <br />family counseling, alcohol and drug abuse, CalWORKS, child welfare, and child <br />development. <br /> <br />VII. Supervision <br /> <br />1. Be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining program <br />operations in collaboration with Redwood City 2020 and the FRCs in <br />accordance with the requirements of this Agreement. <br />2. Be responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies. <br />3. Prepare, administer and monitor the program budget to ensure the <br />accomplishment of program and service objectives within budget restrictions. <br />4. Hire, train and supervise the Program Director and the four (4) Case <br />Managers. <br /> <br />Program Director will: <br />0 Supervise the four (4) Case Managers in collaboration with Redwood City <br />2020 staff, and will be responsible for reviewing Path One and Path Two <br />referrals and service plans. <br />0 Assign referrals to Case Managers. <br />0 Coordinate and participate in the implementation of differential response, its <br />goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. <br />0 Ensure cases are up-to-date: case information is current to ensure validity <br />and accuracy of reports. <br />0 Participate in the evaluation of the effectiveness of DR. <br />0 Conduct regular meetings with DR staff to ensure all appropriate policies and <br />guidelines are followed. <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br /> <br />12 <br />
