<br />January 12, 2006 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />Addendum to Custodial Agreement between the City of Redwood City and the <br />Sequoia High School Alumni Association <br /> <br />Ed Everett <br />City Manager, City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />The SHSAA has leased a storage unit at the "Storage USA" facility located at 871 Willow <br />Street, Redwood City. The unit currently houses the archival collection for the SHSAA. <br />This facility features computerized security and electronic gates. The SHSAA has <br />determined this facility provides a level of safety, security and accessibility superior to any <br />storage currently available on the Sequoia High School campus. <br /> <br />The subject artifacts will be displayed by the SHSAA Archival Committee at various <br />venues and events throughout Redwood City. (i.e. the San Mateo County History <br />Museum) in addition to Sequoia High School. The Archival Committee guidelines require <br />that any displayed artifacts be locked down in secure cases. All artifacts are moved and <br />staged only by members of the SHSAA Archival Committee, and are in their possession <br />during transit and setup of displays. <br /> <br />The SHSAA respectfully requests your approval of this addendum.
