By motion, approve Final Map No. 2018-001, the Subdivision Map for <br />601 EI Camino Real. <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />Improvement Agreement with KB Home South Bay, Inc. <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a <br />Landscape Maintenance Agreement with KB Home South Bay, Inc. <br />4.
