Bayshore Road, Redwood City <br />Agency Negotiator: Ed Everett, City Manager <br />Negotiating Party: Joe Syufy <br />Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on March 13, 2006, for the purpose of giving instructions <br />to your negotiator regarding the price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, <br />exchange or lease of real property. [Gov't. Code §54957.8] <br /> <br />If the City Council's renders the agreement final, they shall report that approval and the <br />substance of the agreement in open session at the public meeting during which the <br />closed session is held. [Gov't Code §54957.1(A)] <br /> <br />If final approval rests with the other party to the negotiations, the City shall disclose the <br />fact of that approval and the substance of the agreement upon inquiry by any person, as <br />soon as the other party or its agent has informed the City of its approval.
