RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND APPROVING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006/07, SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR CITY COUNCIL BUDGET STUDY, SESSIONS AND FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR B. Amendment No.1 to the Agreement with DPR Construction, Inc. for Providing Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for Phase II of the Historic Cou~house Reconstruction, Courthouse Square Staff contact: Paul Willis, Associate Civil Engineer 780-7219 pwillis@redwoodcity.org Recommendation: 1. Approve Amendment No.1 to the Agreement with DPR Construction, Inc for providing CM/GC Services for Phase II of the Historic Courthouse Reconstruction, Courthouse Square, for an additional $5,410,291.00, which includes the Final Agreed Price (FAP) of $5,210,291.00 for the construction of Courthouse Square (Phase II) and $200,000 to construct a new downtown restroom facility. 2. Adopt a Resolution approving a budget amendment of $1,000,000.00 from the Capital Project Fund to cover the deficit in the Courthouse Square project's budget.
